Terms of Service for Tracy Designs and Print

Welcome to Tracy Designs and Print's terms of service. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services

2. All payments must be made in full before any work begins

3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without reasoning

4. All artwork or designs provided by you must not infringe upon any copyrights or trademarks

5. All artwork create by us remains ours until the release fee is paid

6. Our work is non refundable

7. We are not responsible for any errors or mistakes in the final print that were present in the provided artwork approval, any reprints because of errors that were in the approval will be at the customers expense and must be paid for prior to reprint.
